Having my photo taken by my good friend Gilbert McCarragher in John Pawson’s Plain Space at the Design Museum Ball. (It was not just me everybody had their pics taken and they will be on the Plain Space website.)
Thanks to all the volunteers from the MA course and Vilma, we got all the walls painted and the MADE IN KINGSTON exhibition completed for a 10am TENT LONDON opening.
My tomatoes have been great this year, I expanded on my varieties, not just Gardener’s Delight — the little cherry ones, but large, medium and long.
I am proudly showing two crops here:
10th September: 4 large/4 medium/16 cherry/21 long = 45
11th September: 5 medium/38 cherry/11 long = 54

First glimpse of my installation at the ADF last night.
Tonight is the night, very interested to see the response.
I was asked by the MA Curating the Contemporary students to help design their MADE IN KINGSTON exhibition at the TENT, Trumen Brewery London UK 23-26 September. When I went to look at the space there were lovely white walls that have just been waiting for some big type. Everybody is happy with the approach, now I have to spend time getting the colours exactly how I want them. Still 17 more colours for me to add to this board before I make my final decision. We will start handpainting at the beginning of next week.
I am installing my piece at the Londonnewcastle Project Space this Thursday, Luke has been working away on his. All will be revealed at the end of the week. Loads of thought provoking stuff going on at the ADF.
