Chaika has his camera with him all the time and never misses an opportunity, he set these pics up within seconds, in the museum we were speaking at in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Very inspiring. I also think it had something to do with our red and black uniform.

The moment we started driving from the airport the views of the snow capped mountains and forests were so refreshing. I have returned from my trip to the beautiful city of Ljubljana, Slovenia, I was invited to talk at the Emzin seminar on visual communication, 17 and 18 May 2011.
I feel lucky to have visited at this time of the year, the sun was out and and all was fresh green. A very calm, relaxing city.

I really love my flowers and they are all blooming at the moment. Especially Peonies, my mum always has fantastic peonies. My main love are roses, my Grandmother had a rose garden and I loved the colour and smelling them as a child and as soon as I see a rose it brings back sentimental memories of the great summers we spent with her in Suffolk.

I can’t believe it, my strawberry plants just sprouted up from last year and with this amazing sun I have already produced 3 strawberries. They tasted delicious with my yoghurt this morning. I am amazed and excited, I have to get going on my tomatoes, I have left it a little late this year.
